It is never fun to find out we have a computer virus. Who knows what they are doing behind the scenes. Viruses range from the relatively benign ad displaying to keyloggers to the especially insidious rootkit virus that preempts computer Administrator accounts.

Installing multiple Antivirus software(s) won't work, in fact, that makes problems worse. Most viruses do require some level of professional removal. The Microtechs does provide these kinds of services. Of course we always recommend customers have a good anti-virus program and we're always happy to recommend ones that we know will work.
