A quick jump to www.joomla.org and a search through the available extensions should yield about 20 different FREE modules. With the click of a download button you can login to your website, go to Extensions/Install and find your zip file. Click "Install" and its ready to use. Opening your Module Manager and clicking on the new Twitter Feed Module will show you some customizing options built in to the module you chose. You should be able to choose what Twitter account to show, or maybe you just want trending from a keyword or hashtag. Also, thumbnail of the user icon or not? How will this look in your website? Not to worry, Joomla templates automatically apply your templates styling to all the modules you display, and most templates have dozens of styling options.

The Point - Adding a cool new module to your site takes just a few minutes, and most everything is free. You can easily add Contact Us forms, Flash Image Banners, Cost-Per-Click Advertising Banners with Tracking, Analytics, Social Networking Integration, Music, Video Players - the list goes on.
