Refund Policy
The Microtechs is a service provider and accepts a fee for time spent assisting our clients. In the event the estimated time is not used to assist the client, a refund of any money's collected for this projected time may be returned. The Microtechs does not charge a fee for projects; all fee's charged are for our time. Al time spent must be paid for and cannot be refunded. Once a website project has begun, the down payment quoted on your estimate will be due immediately. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the flat-fee will be discarded and our fee will be calculated at our standard hourly rate for time spent. A portion of the down payment may be refunded if the time invested multiplied by our standard hourly rate ($80/hr Remote, $120/hr On-Site) equals a smaller amount than the total down payment. If a project is cancelled after work has begun and the amount of hourly cost exceeds the down payment, an invoice for the balance will be issued and due on receipt.

Free Q&A Email Support
The Microtechs offers free Q&A email support to all of our clients. A client is defined for these purposes as any company or individual with an open account that has completed at least one transaction with This Microtechs. The scope of our free Q&A email support includes answers by email to any Joomla related questions within 2 business days. This support is currently offerred (5/1/11) as an ongoing promotion intended to be available for the lifetime of our company. In the event the company fails or dissolves, the respective owner's and employees will not be held liable to continue this service. The Microtechs reserves the right to retract or change/modify this offer at any time.
